We will work with you to create a bespoke plan and arrangement that ensures you are getting all of the support that you need and give you confidence that your business is compliant with legislation.  You'll get all the benefits of an in house HR team at the fraction of the cost.  Alternatively, you might want to utilise us to support your existing HR team with expert advice, coaching and mentoring or your leadership teams with people strategy guidance.  Some examples of retained services support includes: 

• Review of all HR compliance, including policies, contracts and handbook
• HR Advice by telephone and email
• In person attendance at meetings, strategy sessions or forums 
• Absence management
• Learning and Development scoping
• People Management processes
• Creation of frameworks and intranets

 Our retained agreements are for a minimum of 6 months, billed monthly in advance.
